Custom & Bridal Orders

Timing can vary here.


We prioritize making sure ALL of our clients receive their garment in time for the special occasion or wedding.

We suggest that you finalize your order with us at least 4 weeks ahead of your event. Complexities in your design may change this.

During your design consultation, we will be able to let you know how long your custom garment or wedding gown will take to complete.

When you order custom from Azana Serene, we keep you informed at every step along the way!

The cost for custom garmnets may vary. Custom Cocktail and evening wear begins at $500 USD, while custom bridal gowns begin at $4,000 USD.

We want to make sure nothing gets between you and your special occasion. So, we make sure to discuss all payment options with our clients directly.

Custom and Bridal orders are handled through through an invoice via email.

We begin with a consultation fee to hold your date, and request the first garment payment when your order details are confirmed.

Your final payment is made once your order has been finalized annd your final fitting is complete. Once this payment is made, we can ship or deliver your order!

Azana Serene focuses on createing women's cocktail dresses and separates, evening wear, bridesmaid dresses and bridal gowns.

Returns & Refunds

If you notice any inconsistences your evening wear orders, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

Our goal is to make sure you feel your best and get the qualitiy you desevrve. Which means we check the quality of all or pieces.

Custom and bridal orders are not included in returns and refunds. These orders begin with a 50%-75% non-refundable deposit. The next or final payments are completed at delivery or pick-up of your final garment. The complexity of your order determines the deposit required to begin projects.

If you choose to cancel your custom order after we have started the process, you will not be eligible for a refund or any payments made towards your total cost or receive any materials purchased under Azana Serene.

For orders cancelled within 30 days or less of the final due date, the full payment will be due to Azana Serene upon the agreed date.

We want you to be sure about the beautiful pieces we create. They take time. The best way for us to ensure we give our cleints the experience they deserve is by making sure we don’t waste time!

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
